wow this got way off topic quick, i have had nothing but great dealings with the RCM, and to me they are on of the finest, if not the finest mint producers in the world.

Does the Wildlife and 20-for-20 series count as numismatic?

I would only call them numismatics if they cost way way above spot! So the wildlife coins aren't definitely numismatics.

    +1.

RCM should really fix their milk spot problem in Bullion and semi numismatic coins... it give a bad rep to their numismatic stuff that I've have yet seen have milk spots.

I had the pics up this morning September 5 from 12:01 am to about 8:00 am EST - As a dealer that was the original advertising date, and then that date was changed to September 9 (so I removed the pics). Royal Canadian Mint is having a launch party here in Toronto on September 9.

Strange. I checked your website and didn't see anything but the photos of the packaging. Same as other websites.

It was on only from 12:01 AM EST to about 8:30 AM EST - Then I received an email from the mint that the advertising date was changed to September 9th - so I removed the pics

I like the hologram one, but I've never been much of a superman fan anyway. None really stand out.

it's actually pretty cool if you watch this video on how they make these coins. You can see the hologram coin effect much better in the video

For those outside canada that want the coin but can't order directly from the Mint, give me a shout and I can get them for you at issue price :).

Ugly coins in my opinion. Too simple design, many mistakes. This license could have been used much better by mint.
I am not a fan of superman and now with these coins I dislike him even more :D

Hots coins , the 1/2 oz are over 80 percent sold at the mint , the hologram coin is amazing, its in the video in a post above from lost words I think, the enamel coin is hand enameled and also is in the video above, There might not be a lot of superman lovers on this forum but there are a lot around the world and especially in the USA , and along with the nice display case (no clam shell this time) I think these will only increase in value. I just wish they had of made the gold coin 24 carat instead of 14 but I guess having 14 makes the coin larger..shrug.. I know some who have ordered the full 7 coin set already.
