Yes they should...! Your comment is a little higher on the DH scale.... Their product is compromised so they should change them or stop making them to protect their integrity as a business and their customers safety from fake's.... You think this is a stupid comment on my part? As a business owner I know what I would do to protect my customers...
I did think the card looked fake in the original photo hence i made my initial comment. So how did you confirm the card is indeed fake?
Has to be one of those times it doesn't feel great to be proved right, knowing there's 2 unhappy parties
I just realized the jewellery I received today, from Carlos is a fake too. It completely failed the specific gravity test for 14 kt gold. And my strong magnet was able to pick it up. I too, want a refund from Carlos
SilverTounge15 your bold statement "that gold bar is legit, that's not a fake bet its value on it...!" why don't you make good Golden Monkeys lose.
I bought an 18ct chain from Carlo, it looks very well made and is stamped Italy and 750. I bought on Carlo's word that it was genuine, he was pleasant to deal with and also very helpful when my express post parcel went missing for a week. I have no way to test the chain myself (I only have a Sigma for testing small bars and coins). Would my local jewellery store be able to test it?
W Walk into your local Gold buyer and they will test it for free in most cases try anyone that's local and then get back to us.....
I'm gonna need to test the 10oz Lunars I just got then... traded some generics for them. He also had some 1oz silver bars that he was looking to trade for Rounds. If anyone bought them, maybe they should check? I don't want to add fuel to the fire, or untowardly lay blame without all the facts, but from his recent selling feedback, if a few people in quick succession (so far) have said they got fakes those are not good odds. And @billybob888 , good spot. I went to the Perth Mint website to check and you're correct. http://www.perthmintbullion.com/Lib...tedBar-1oz-Packaging-Obverse-LowRes.sflb.ashx I also out of curiousity searched a chinese marketplace and bam "1 oz gold plated bar (PM) ( non-magnetic ) in hard black case/ different serial" So they're clearly out there :/
I live in a one horse town... we don't have a local gold buyer, but there is a very tiny jewellery store.
