Big A.D. I'll give you this. I respect Muller much much more than 99% of the AGW camp.

not to mention the tens of thousands of economic refugees who are coming by the boatload - many being collected by our own navy from the shores of Malaysia...

this is costing us taxpayers BILLIONS of dollars. They (the so-called assylum seekers) obviously reckon that the rest of us owe them a living.... Just taking advantage of our outrageously generous welfare system.

    gives me the sh!ts

Well, today's backflip has just snapped the spine of the hopeless, useless, pointless, irrelevant, moronic, stupid and downright deceitful Labor Government.

I'd usually say R.I.P. but no, instead R.I.H (Rot In Hell). F*ck you and all your supporters, because you are all the same.

Yup, full circle back to John Howard's Pacific Solution. Labor have achieved SFA, except to prove themselves more incompetent than most thought possible.

I wouldn't say SFA. We have a range of nice shiny new taxes and means testing. Not to mention a lovely debt burden (and a hidden off-balance sheet debt burden). We have a couple of nice shiny troughs for Milne and her buddies to feed out of.

Oh, and don't forget that our Sovereign Risk has increased by a few points after imposing retrospective taxation, nationalisation and overnight export stoppages. That takes real achievement.

I guess you are right. I had a lapse of concentration, and seems I forgot that in the context of the current Govt, these would most likely be seen as achievements. :D

The carbon tax bull is clearly criminal. The question is what do we do about it? Vote for Abbot...I can't do that!

Abbott at least had some traditional views which I like...not that it's going to make much of a difference in the end. But we need that red headed witch out asap. She is more hated than Bush I reckon:) Time to get back to the kitchen hunny.

In SA they can enter and search your home to see if you are stockpiling more than the allowed quota of fish. But a supertrawler is okay...
