TacticalGarand44 New Member Nov 15, 2017 #5 No, an Eagle was the 10 dollar unit, and a quarter eagle was 2.50 dollars, so it would tae 8*2.50 to equal one ounce. And the Constitutionality doesn't explain why 10 dollar, 5 dollar, and 20 dollar pre 33 coins all have about the same premium.
