Mate if you read my previous posts I worked hard all week and really cleaned the place up and did stock takes and all sorts.......Then friday at knock off they said things have gone quiet and they wont need me anymore!

How unusual......they go to the trouble of obtaining the services of a job agency to hire someone and then they find they don't need them a week later. :/ Did they least offer you a reference for your next job application?

I just got the pay invoice via email and it was 23.80hr so I cleared $750 which is great i was really worried is was only going to be around $650 after all the bloody tax......I am going to ring the job agency tmrw and ask if there were any problems with my performnce or was it actually genuine?

Went for a pretty good interview today at another agency and they have all types work available apparently.

Also got 2 phone calls while i was at the interveiw and have another interveiw tmrw at 2pm.

Things are looking good again!

We have to have a landline because my mother in law calls her friends after 7pm and talks for hours....$3 flat rate.

I use VoIP for basically all my calls, and even my SMS from my phone which is just a telstra prepaid data SIM ($180/yr for 12GB but most of the credit is transferred to my wife's prepaid). I even use VoIP from my mobile most of the time on the rare occasion I make a phone call.

Mate I cannot keep up with all this technology and consumer crap going on.....and its bloody confusing sometimes......Looks like I better spend some time on whirlpool!
