Waiting 4 month for lunars from Perthbullion

I ordered these last year November and was told they'll be available mid January

Still haven't received them on their website still sais back ordered so they haven't received them yet

This with all the milk spots I get from them makes me wonder if I should take my business elsewhere

Anybody else having these issues with them

P.s I write them twice and was told they're having issues with the China mint

Milk spots have nothing to do with perthbullion. They dont get them from the mint and add the spots before shipping...
If they say they are having issues with the mint then they most likely are. As long as they are still communicating with u then it will all be fine. They didnt forget your order. Things like that just hapeen.

Really? I thought they add them on!!

If I sold coins and didn't mention they had milk spots I'll surely be ridiculed and get a lot of negative feedback why r they entitled to it

These things happen 4 month again if I sold something and said it'll be in mid January and 4 month later I still don't have it in the backlash won't be so pretty

Your post is really confusing
What has China mint got to do with Lunars ?
What has milk spotting got to do with waiting 4 months ?
Why not call them ,instead if writing ? I'm sure you could source them from elsewhere ,no ?

Oh crap having a brain malfunction I meant pandas

The milk spots don't have anything to do with waiting 4 month I'm just pointing out another issue im having with them

I've already paid for them

Man my heads not working properly today

{Lunars / China} + {Perth Mint ~ milk spots} 4 months gestation period of a small monkey which logically leads to Silver Pandas.

Quite obvious really.

.

Ok your down to 2 issues

Milks spots have nothing to do with the supplier

Now waiting 4 months ,I would have asked for a refund .
Again I'm sure you could have sourced them elsewhere
Call them DON'T send emails

I'll be sure to remember you folk next time I have milky coins to sell

Like you said it's not from me

As for buying them elsewhere I bought them last year November when gold was cheaper

The back order boogie man strikes again at the Perthbullion. Piss em off. There are other dealers out there that are far better. When I order, my dealer posts the next day and always keeps tabs of the order from start to finish, unlike Perthbullion ( it's when they decide to pull their finger out ). I have Zero issues with BS back orders and the goods are in your possession within days. As far as milk spots are concerned, all the non spotty coins have the eyes picked out at shop front, and online buyers are more likely to get the crap. However, you cannot blame milk spotted coins on the dealer if they appear later on. But if they arrive with milk spots they should know better.

It's your money they have in their possession and it's better sitting in YOUR POCKET not THEIRS. For along time I gave Perthbullion too many second chances as things do happen in life. But things happen way too often with this lot. DON'T BE A PUSSY, ring them up and demand your money back. Four months is way too long not to receive goods. Do you think they are doing you any favours ? If they did, they would bloody well have refunded your money ages ago and apologised. This is what HONEST PEOPLE DO....You wouldn't be posting this topic unless they were pissing you off. So do yourself a favour and PISS THEM OFF......

P.S I don't give a crap what Perthbullion loyalist's think !

Your right silversearcher

It's like you said I gave them to many chances

Too many coins I get from them come with milk spots I wouldn't mind if I was buying their low premium bit I'm not, I'm paying a premium for these coin

Coins like koalas, ultra high relief and rounds all came with spots

They get a lot of business from me but I think I've had enough

All these people sticking up for them honestly I don't know why it's true their delivery is cheaper but not worth all this trouble

At the end of the day " Money Talks, Bullshit Walks "....If you are getting your silver and the product is good that's great. At the moment they are lining their pockets with your hard earned money which is servicing their lifestyle and their families. That money for the time being is better used to service you and those in your life ( not somebody else ). Don't worry about those who defend Perthbullion ( I don't ), but worry more about your needs....

It really upset people when you had paid high premium on your order and found milky spot on them.

Anyway, I believes it's not PerthBullion's fault but in order to maintain better customer service, they should do something on it. Raise a formal complaint to China Mint etc.

I heard the guys at PerthBullion were out partying hard with the guy from BullionMoney.

I complained about it all I got was " read our terms and conditions " so yeah it would've been nice if they did something about it

Even free delivery or something

Any ways they've lost me as a customer

As explained our wholesale order for the two smaller sizes was not honored and China Mint have not started reminting until this month. We do expect these in store shortly and you will be informed then.

To clarify on this issue OP was offered refund/replacement in December as was anyone else who ordered the 1 or 3 gram gold panda, and has been extended the offer since.

Yeah your right you offered a refund in December because they were delayed to January

Here is a copy of your letter to me

Hello,

This courtesy email to inform you that the Gold Pandas 2016 may be delayed until January 2016, we apologise for any inconveniences that this may have caused.

In regards to the delay we are happy to offer a refund for the item or for you to swap the item for another one valued at the same price.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any enquirers that you have.

Thank you

Perth bullion

So from January till April is a big difference

Honesty you should be offering a refund at the market price so I can get them elsewhere

If it was the other way around, like in your terms and conditions I'd be subject to market price
