I saw the other day Paris coins, The other company that i ordered from is finally sending out my Hedgehog, They are sold out of the Hedgehogs already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm waiting on one from them too. It's my first time buying from Paris coins. Hopefully shipping isn't too slow to the US.

My hedgehog shipped from Inter-coin Berliner to me using regular registered mail took 1.5 weeks to arrive.
 
Hopefully within 10 days or so, I should be receiving another one of my hedgehogs. When i receive it, I plan on putting it up for sale... I have seen them sell from approx: $550.00 to $620.00...
 
Man, this thread makes me so sad. I joined the forum just a little too late to take advantage of this. I didn't even know the coin existed until it was selling for $600 usd :-(

I received a "shipped/package in transit" email on the 21st March but so far no delivery.
Maybe the Easter break slowed things down.

Fingers crossed it will arrive any day now.

The coins are sold out in the mint, however, I think there are still a lot in the hand of dealers who wish to sell at higher price. In my opinion, the coin will be traded around US$500++ for quite some time until most of the coins are sold in the hand of collectors, by then the price will slowly picking up but not above US$600. Fresh news are needed in order to push the price higher, this very much depend on whether Mongolia Ural Owl 2011 will be shortlisted or not for one of the ten categories COTY 2013.

The ten categories are (1)Best gold coin ; (2)Best silver coin ; (3) Best crown coin ; (4) Best trade coin ; (5) Most popular coin ; (6) Most historically significant coin ; (7) Most contemporary event coin ; (8) Most artistic coin ; (9) Most innovative coinage concept ; (10) Most inspirational coin.

Based on past year experience, the initial nomination list of 95 to 100 coins (about 9 to 10 coins for each category) for the above 10 categories COTY 2013 will be announced in early Oct 2012. The winner of each category will be announced in December 2012 and the BEST COIN OF THE YEAR 2013 that will be selected among the winner of each category and will be announced at end Jan 2013 or in early Feb 2013.

Did you receive a proper tracking number from powercoin or just an e-mail/info? These are two different things...
 
Acme, Yes I received a tracking number, package left Budapest 27th March.
Since that date, no tracking info available, I contacted Aus post and was told to call again next week.

Am facing the same predicament. Parcel apparently last traced to have landed in hong kong on 2nd Apr. double con firmed shipping address with powercoin and they said hong kong was just a transit point. Will wait till next week before making another contact with them.

Hello everyone, Just joined today and hope to learn from everyone here.

A short introduction

My first post here, I've been into silver for about 6 months now. Currently own mostly Canadian wild series, 2012 Panda, some Pamp Dragon and just bought 2 of the hedgehogs from Apmex. (well, the last 2).


my question really is.

how often do they release them and where is the best place to pre-order (or even get notification of pre-order) for future Mongolia silver series?
