As my post shows:Luker said:Hedi has NO affiliation with the coin presented in the the link that you posted ( http://x.opencurrency.com/silver/five-o bered.html).
The company is selling a product which attempts to emulate her work, and piggyback on her success.
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that this is a copyright infringement
I will not support any company selling versions of her work without her permission.
There is a thread on Modern Coin Forum by the Sculptress of the Original Freedom Girl , Heidi Wastweet .
I believe she has been involved with the design and/or sculpture of more than 1000 coins/medals/rounds/tokens.
Here is a link from her website of a select few of those commissioned (http://www.wastweetstudio.com/commission_medals.html ).

There is not much definite / specific mentioned there. So which 'word' you talk about then?jjennings089 said:Initially I thought this too... Rob Gray paid for the design thus he can change it all he wants. I work with a lot of design and the artwork I buy from other artist; I change to meet the needs of my clients.
BUT with a little of googling according to http://www.law.harvard.edu/faculty/martin/art_law/esworthy.htm law at Harvard so I'm going to take there word for it. Rob did not have the right to modify the original without Heidi's consent.
