very good observation chilidog ... the NGC numbering system cannot be 100% conclusive but from what I posted in that thread you referenced I feel it's about 90% based on a large number of submissions and coins. This coin that you referenced is a "cross-over" from PCGS hence the "4" starting number. I have done a few crossovers and they all begin with a four and I know conclusively that this coin was crossed over ... good eye !Chillidog said:Some one posted a thread on the numbering system NGC uses.
