Comeaux,

Thanks for sharing your life story and it is just as inspiring as your collection. As someone that is just starting this panda journey thanks for the advice. I have always admired the passion and integrity with how you and others on this forum have given time to share and educate.

I can also completely related when you share snippets about your kids and collecting as I am doing the same with my 4yo and 2yo. I think coin collecting is great way to teach kids the value of 'money' and 'investing'. Everytime my 4yo sees me with a new package she goes "any new Panda or Dragon coins today daddy" Every now and then I pull out a few coins and we learn something new each time. One day it might the concept of dates, other times about addition or multiplication. We were surfing ebay for coins recently and we spotted a palladium panda coin and she was all excited as one of the best friends is called Palladia. Now she keeps bugging me about getting one for the collection.

A long sea away my two daughters. Have the same age of yours and i say a few words equal to yours not a long time ago. My 2 yeo yesterday april 18. Was the 2nd birthday. (2 years old) and the big sister (4 years) say to me. What oso (bear) we will gift to birthday present to the sister. :-) oro or plata. Gold or silver.
Im teaching the power of saving and the value of the hard work. My grandfathers come to argentina with 15 years old and only the clothes. And begin working. Buy the house and when my father have the age. He teach to work hard and save. My father save pay he university. And after that he have a good position. Median class.
I have it more easy because he too teach me the hard work. I began working at 13 years old at same time im going to high school. And continue working (2 jobs plus university). When i graduate. I use all my fathers advises to save first and after buy the home and car. And later married and sons. Now i have a good position high median class. And a very good job. Consultant adviser and tax.all for the hard work. And i will teach my daughters the importance of saving and good work.
But each new generation have it more easy because have the fathers help (monetary and advise)

I'm surprised noone post this panda yet :)

Nicest older panda I have. Not sure why they only gave it a 68, it is by far nicer than any of my 69's. Anyway, since it is a 68, it will be culled from the herd. Up f/s on eBay.

Photos from a NGC submission with a super consistent score of MS69s all around. From OMP sheet of 2004 expo pandas purchased recently from musemellow. Thank you. Also remaining OMP in the last photo comes from the Ceifu Yennus.
