they are scarce in Australia

Even if the majority of people dislike these coins, there will always be people wanting them. But you should stop worrying if the value of these coins will go up or if it will crash, you don't have any.
i am deeply sorry to disappoint you but this Kind of advertising may work on 18 years old young Collector but not on me
i am very glad NOT TO HAVE those Horse coins but despite this a see no reason not to write about it ?
you may look for HR Dragon 2012 PM coin with mintage of only 7500 Pieces and you will find Tons of them for prices UNDER initial cost, why do you think this Horse coin is going to sell better ?
Is this your first coin for sale ?

I think you're referring to the carded ones. Since the coins are physically stuck to the COA.
So technically you cannot exchange the coins with other COAs, unlike the uncarded ones.
swe_silver said:Eurokrem, no worries about that. They sell very well. Mintage only 10.000, there wont be any left. I seen german dealers who had them that sold, and sell them very quick. I just looked at gold.de and see there is only 2 dealers left selling them and they raised premium +20% now. Look at boards in US and you will see many people are buying and want to buy this coin.
Just the fact that its a horse gives them a premium i think, and a series, with horses. And i dont think there will be any problem getting that premium back, in worst case. But of course, Lunar horse is The Horse this year.
eurokrem said:This coin had a Price from 19 per coin from PM to buyer, that's why all smell Dollars and make each other hot on this coin, its like Journey to Jerusalem, when the Music stops guy with most Horse coins on stock is going to stay alone with his losses and flippers are going to cry all over.
eurokrem said:i just asked a German Dealer if he could guarantee and show a official PM statement that this is a Series.
Not something from Blog but a officially PM Statement about it, i didn't find nothing alike on PM Site, no other Horse coins are planed for 2014 except Lunar II Series ?
Am i searching on wrong Place ?
I am still waiting on his Answer
@Ikarus
where are you ?
dozerz said:do these come with a certificate of authenticity? did anyone that get these also get a certificate with a coin number?
worldbubble said:what about the dealer that got some of the carded to resell?Altima said:Mintage of 1000 for carded. Exclusive to Australia.
9000 for non-carded, rest of the world.
1000 all sold out. 9000 still have stocks remaining.
worldbubble said:mintage is 10 k for coins
1k for cards
it's so simple
BTW what the COA numbers gonna be for carded ones?
in low range or 9001 to 10000?
wsd_collector said:From the dealer brochure...if you can read german:

It states "First in Series" when translated. The German dealer who commissioned this coin confirmed this.
muenzfuchs said:Also ich glaube auch wirklich nicht da EMK da nchstes Jahr nochmal welche anfordert.Die haben NULL Interesse daran nochmal ein Geschft zu machen.
one series per year
silverzman said:Why would Perth mint confirm it is the first of a series?
Why wouldn't they release one next year considering how well this one sold? I don't think they would shoot themselves in the foot when there is profit to be made.
I would suggest just waiting till 2014 and if it is a flop you can tell us "I told you so", if not then don't post about it again.
