At about the 18min mark he caustions that any move in Oct to a new ATH which then begins to break could signal the top of the cycle.

I don't think the recent plunge on the back of the Trump Tantrum is a signal of the top, his assessment is based upon the price action of historical cycles and some TA, the recent move is politically driven, liquidity is driving institutional adoption at the moment, when that liquidity dries up then we may see a cycle top.
