Captain Turk 14th mate Errol reporting for duty Sir. I hope that the Gold Pelican does not make an effort to bomb us tonight. I don't know how good his aim is, but I've been led to believe we would be covered in sh.. all weekend as we only have two cleaners rostered on.

I'm orf on deck patrol now sir.

Report in later.

That's a capital idea southern cross! I'll wire it in as soon as I've finished welding in the harmonic reversatron dual controller lines. We will definitely need the extra grunt when our spot stopper becomes fully operational early next week. It's a tad on the heavy side - but that's because I only used the very *finest* of materials. I had to forward lease some of the materials in our hold to pay for it all, and there's no contango to help us! These are desperate times indeed!

Well, I'm almost finished here and I'm about to turn in for the night. Nice to know jnkmbx made it right though the shift with me. Chef's rustling us up some fried spam for breakfast. I might invite jnkmbx to join me at the captain's table - it's probably been a very long time since anyone gave him some spam.

And I might have a spot of lime juice with my coconut today.

(Can someone please pop down to Dr Karlov's operating room and ask him to return the glue gun? He borrowed it again last night.)

Good work crew. I'll go through the overnight reports later today, once I had some kip.

SPOT USD: $35.61 for the weekend (AUD $ 33.27)

Captain Turk. It was a very quite night on deck patrol. The only crew I ran into was Maggie and she had our Doctor on one arm and a bottle of rum in the other.

The plague hasn't broken out on our ship has it Sir? the lack of crew is evident and now that I think about it I havn't seen a rodent for over a week.

Our SS is not about to sink is it Captain? Remember we only have one life raft and I don't want to be late because after all ye silver is loaded there might be only enough room for one or two and thats assuming that you will go down with the ship.

Tell me it ain't so. I don't want to worry any more with the way the price of our treasure continues to fall. Do you think you could pay me in paper in future?.

Regards Errol43

no need to worry Errol43 mate, it was an exhausting week sailing in difficult waters, we all wanted to sit and rest with a bottle of rum in our cabins for the night I think...

Yep, It's been a good voyage so far my friend, and there are still many miles to travel, and more battles to be won...

Must be time for some tunes

But when I look out all I see we are where we were in late March and that paper boat sunk next to us and many drowned

Now if they had a fine ship Like the SS they would have been fine hey.

Tho I do think we could do with a few more Cannon Cap'n Turk.

thats the ss boys. see how they hid the golden anchor in the special well. why gold you ask? well we would'nt drop sixteen ton of silver into the deep would we now :)

Well only as a result of an unfortunate boating accident of course 46 , but not deliberately of course . ;)

Good steering Captain Turk. It was great sailing to see you steer the SS clear of that island' You can see in that action pic that the stern of our ship just missed. Should we put down our golden anchor and see if the silver divers can find any damage?

Regards Errol43

Sir I just noticed in the picture a little rust developing. You might have to employ a few more dib dabbers to paint the ship more effectively. It looks like blue algee does it not.

14th Mate Errol 43 reporting for deck patrol Sir

Deck Report.Errol43 14th Mate. Being wandering round the deck Sir nay a wee body in sight. Heard a rumir that something big is brewing on Monday Night. Do you wnat me to orginise extra deck chairs and maybe get the big interbet screen set up. Three is something brewing , i"ll tell ye. I think we should put an extra watch on Monday Night because even GP is informing the ground crew and it's not Monday night footy.

Deviated a bit tonight Sir and went into the bowels of the ship, what a dark and gloomy place, a bit shitty if you ask me. Anyways , we sure have strange crew if I may so myself, I ran into a man whose name if Freddie the Fish Monger. Ye can smell him coming a mile away. Anyway he tells me has been stacking silver bream and has been making a tidy sum. He said he would send you a 10kg monster that he managed to wrestle away from a pelican for your dinner. I said that fish looks more green than silver. I should know about green being from Ireland and all. I don't think you should take him up on the offer Sir, or you could finish up at the doctor, and he has his hands full trying to fix Maggie up at the moment.

Well I'll be orf Captain, one more lap of the deck Siir, and I'll be orf to my lonely bunk for the night.

Regards Errol43 14th Mate SS
