I'm expecting further strong price drops tonight for the NY session.

If you are holding physical silver for the long term this week's price action should be a source of interest and amusement. Interest because this takedown is a very RARE event and amusing because it represents an absolutely desperate action on behalf of the bankers in their effort to control the price of silver.

In the end they will fail. Their attacks are mainly directed against NEW buyers, not seasoned holders of precious metals like you lot. They can't touch YOU unless you need to sell a silver to raise some old fashioned fiat for next week.

Will this decline end soon!

Eventually, but probably next week! JPM are very determined - poor fools are pretending to be working on the price of silver when THEY DON'T HAVE ANY!!

They are only printing paper silver, and their buyers will be burned real bad when the whole house eventually catches fire.

What do you do?

Keep buying. If you have been waiting for a pullback now is your chance to buy. Your opportunity is knocking - loudly!

Should you sell?

No! Frankly no-one should sell that these ridiculous spot prices unless you REALLY have to. Certainly DON'T sell due to fear or panic or anything like that. It doesn't matter how low the price goes 'today' you only want a high price on the day you sell! Spot can do whatever it wants until that good day.

This takedown is not a market correction. Yes, the price is dropping, but this whole 'event' is a highly orchestrated manipulation - executed by quite clever people who are selling 'counterfeit' silver to an ignorant public. It runs completely counter to actual market fundamentals.

In other words, that bouncing spot price really has very little to do with the value of that silver coin that will soon nestle within BigBen's sock drawer.

Try to understand this the LOWER the price goes the MORE JPM want your silver. They are destroying the price with 'counterfeit' sales so they can steal REAL silver from margined players.

THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR SILVER!

How do you defeat them?

Just keep buying physical silver.

Here is a report on their progress and chances.

High Diving. Our fellow freefall has been practicing from the yard arm into a bucket of brinny. He said he is on target to take gold especially if the pool is nearly empty in london.

Cutlass Fighting or Fencing. Light fingers is our best chance in this event. He is going to use his hand with the 2 fingers to give the others a chance. He says he can beat this lot with one hand tied behind his back.

Sky Diving. Hasn't started practicing yet. He had booked himself in for 2 practice jumps but had to cancel as he made a mistake by booking himself into the Prostitute club instead of the Parachute club. He said he is no a holey man but has visions of winning this event.

Marathon Swimming. Jones is our man in this event. Remember he's the one I reported missing overboard. Well he is still training as I speak. He has nearly caught up with us and is only a few hours behind but he is gaining. Could also be an entrant in the Iron man event.

Serial Bombing. The USA and Britain are the favourites in this event but you can't discount Gold Pelican as he has been bombing well over a large area. The americans say he is not worth two squirts of pelican shit. He may not get gold but he could take silver if they are not watching.

Rumming. A few good contenders for this one though Alco is looking like our best chance. He has done a hundred in under 10secs, Not a bad evort considering he has been using fulls instead of halves.

Horiziontal gymnastics. Errol Flynn is the favourite in this event. He has been practicing in every port we come to and he will have a big cheer girl team in London to urge him on. The only thing that can stop him if he gets the hong kong dong or some othe poxy thing.

Business Dealings. Well our Maggie is outright favourite in this event. Use to be at the top in London some years back . Made a fortune selling RE in the Uk. Is in the US at the moment where Blythe is teaching her how to sell silver and if she shows promise maybe gold. Keep a sharp eye on her Captain as there is a rumor amongst the crew that she is going to sell our ship, the SS from under our nose and lease it back so we will never know until it is too late.

I heard that the latest margin raise comes into effect monday or thats when people have until to sell so that should drop the price again. After that, it should be plain sailing ahead.

MMM Chilli beef satay's done Johnny style from Mindil beach markets in Darwin will go down a treat with the crew.

Maybe Miss Bitbemissin could help out with the cookin , I'm sure she has some contact's in Asia.

Tis good too see the crew back in good spirit's. Due I think to the Cap'ns foresight and good guidance through our travels.
