Just realised from a recent purchase that there are two versions of the 1oz xag silver bars. The original ones I got are fat and chunky, and the recent ones are thin and slim. Photos from GS and PB websites.
I vote for fat and chunky.Yes .. That is correct.
There are more coming, so interested in feedback as to which size members preferred.
There are also 2 or 3 size protoypes kicking around, that are a different size again.
There should be something to announce before the new year.
Fellas can we get mintage figures on the 1/10 oz Gold XAU coins if possible
500 Exactly ... Thinking about doing a rerun ... Would be a new date of course, and would make the old ones more collectible I think.
I vote for fat and chunky.
Also, what is the difference between Type 1 and Type 2? I have some but not sure which ones. I have 2 of them, you never know, I might be lucky and have one of each.Does anybody know the final mintages of the list below (Ie the symposium and the 2014 type 2) and also the final mintages of the 2013 & 2015 XAG Buffalos ?
Not shown is the 2013 Symposium round, which has a 2014 dated obverse, sharing the same XAG die as 2014 Buffaloes.
2014 Buffalo Type 1 - mintage 2,750, closed
2014 Buffalo Type 2 - still in production
