The 16 Trillion Dollar question is do you believe that the United States will pay back the debt to the penny and if they do not and keep issuing the debt who will buy it? The Federal Reserve ( a private bank ) is moneitzing 61% of the debt already.
In five years do you believe the chinese will still buy? And even if they do at the price america wants to sell at?
The chinese government already refines most of the world's silver supply.
