I like this one.

Does it come in silver?

ALSO: Which mint makes it?

This is big medal. How much in your pocket to pay for silver ?

Like and willing to pay is 2 different things.

Generally, silver medal above 90 mm will cost you usd1.8 k and above.

This the reason many sellers do not sell it in eBay. Cashflow plus buyers willingness to pay

Yet another amazing one. When it comes to medals Chinese are at least 2 steps before others. Actually their competition looks like scary rabbit in front of hungry tiger.:)

Was wondering if this comes in a *small* silver.. ;)

The big brass looks nice, though. Which mint?

Thanks!

Great looking medal, Andy! High relief, big, and copper....I love copper medals! What's not to like about it?

.

I has missed many that I love it much due to few projects on hand.

The old man collectors need money for the operation so release his collections.

A more affordable yet beautiful medal is the 2014 65th Anniversary People's Republic of China copper medal. I am not intending to promote any seller by using these pictures, but they are the only one's I have access to. Not as thick as the Xi-Shi or Transit of Venus medals but larger in diameter and priced considerably less.

Size: 90mm
Weight: 280 grams

Wooden box

.

I found this item due to request from customer. It costs less than 30usd with margin with free shipping to usa. So 40 selling price is good margin. The coa states it is minted by Shanghai mint but which is not true. So will this call fake ?

Thanks for sharing.

I saw silver version of bull few weeks ago on TaoBao. I think it's limited to only 20 pieces and expensive.

Haven't bought anything yet on TaoBao, but I guess bigger chances for daking are more known coins and medals?

With fake silver medal like this bull you can make a lot of profit, but I guess there aren't many buyers for it anyway. E.g. like for Pandas.

Well since they supposedly faked Tiffany 2012 and not one of the earlier releases (to my knowledge) which are less complicated, everything is possible.

This is one of the things I'm concerned the most. It's always a chance that seller was tricked in the first place and he is not even aware of it. Then it's better to buy directly from mint or official distributor if possible.

I prefer to buy from known, reputable sellers (like Andrew and other sellers familiar to Chinese medal enthusiasts) even if I have to pay a little more rather than buy from TaoBao or an unknown seller.
