Bitcoin is old news and the flippening is happening now some say.
Watch Eth to see if it's true, and have both if nothing else.
You can remain a skeptic and still own some crypto. Nothing wrong with that. You dont have to love it.
definitely, can be a skeptic and don't have to love it, the whole point is getting ahead and/or preserving wealth, doesn't matter how people do it honestly. gold, silver, shares, property, btc, eth, art, whatever. we're all trying to achieve the same outcome, by and large.
personally, i'm not convinced there will be a so called flippening. the best ETHBTC all time high was 0.156 btc/eth, back in around Jun 2017, been nowhere near that since. currently sitting at 0.06 btc/eth
market cap BTC is 619 Billion vs ETH 234 Billion. a looong way to go before any supposed flippening.
BTC is more decentralised than ETH, anybody can run a BTC full node with regular PCs, laptops, Raspberry Pis. Not everyone can run an ETH node due to larger storage required for the full ETH blockchain - whole new topic for another post.
BTC still has a large influence on the rest of the cryptosphere, and yes not always moving in tandem, but by and large, BTC movements affect moves in the crypto markets.
