you would think the ones being sold now were either a buy back or a dealer order. it wouldnt make much sense for them to mint 1kg tigers of their own accord with all the options theyve opened up with the 1oz kooks and the privies

isnt reminting of 1kgs based on a dealer order being large enough

yeah i would be thinking the older the date, the less originals would be floating around. or if they were they might not be in the best condition.

i think the tiger has already started to overtake the ox going by the recent ebay sales. oxen around 55-65 mark.

think i got a bit too eager since i was able to click add to cart. guess its a technical issue. some of the other stuff on the site seems to be priced pretty keenly aswell especially the panda gold coins and the 1oz lunar dragon. anyone purchased from this site before?

and 1kg coins seem to be harder to move if you need fast cash. but if you dont want to pay the premium for the 1oz, i reckon 10ozers are a nice compromise. you lose about 1oz in terms of the price difference between 1kg and the equivalent weight in 10oz coins. but thats well worth it IMO

best to get a bit of both. personally i prefer the lunars.
