Nice as far as bars go. About the size of a playing card with the lady fortuna stamped on the front. IMO better than the PM 10 oz bars but the PM 10 oz coins trump them easily.

Thanks for the replies guys, some good info here. By the sounds of it 1 to 1.5 oz should cover an engagement ring + 2 wedding bands (little fingers for the win :P).

Any jewellers here? Is it worth stacking an oz or 2 of platinum in anticipation of getting an engagement ring made towards the end of the year? Would it be the correct purity to used for rings? Would i be able to avoid a jewellers mark-up on the metal by doing it this way? Any info would be...

I'm thinking about picking up a couple of coins from US ebay. Delivery is listed as being handled by USPS First Class Mail International. Anyone had any issues bringing silver into the country with these guys?

I saw this on their site today also. Rang to confirm and was quoted around $43 a kook. I questioned the guy and he said after the order is processed they'll come back with any difference you need to pay. Gave it a miss.

Does anyone know off-hand if the 1oz Series I silver lunars are the same size as Series II. Just curious if i'll need to track down different capsules.
