Not a lawyer but posting a picture and posting a link to someone elses picture would be different things.

In the first instance you are disclosing something someone has asked you not to , in the second instance someone else has already done that and you are just pointing it out

Just print the gold one out on a black and white photocopier, should give you an idea!

I wonder if it is just a mock up to act as a place saver for pre sales, but that seems like a lot of effort to go to if it is not the final design.

Who knows if it is legal or ethical to post links to the pics, The Bird knows and he will pass his judgement I am sure!
