    I've received no correspondence from my attempts to contact the people involved so I can only presume that all my money has gone.

    What about the idea of approaching a television news show which talks about consumer affairs etc? Or approaching that government department which warns australians about things like this? www.*.gov.au. You figure out the 2nd level name. Gather all your documentation together, and perfectly organise all timelines, screen-shots of emails (proof of its existence), etc, etc, and give them a call before Friday.

    PS: Before going to the appropriate government authority, it would be strongly advisable to email the party you have a grievance with, in order to give them one last chance to respond. I have lost track of how many times, after something has been aired on TV, the issue is resolved because it was all just an unfortunate misunderstanding. :|

    I'D appreciate bickering and names not to come up but I'm going to start to work on something and it's not going to be a media or viral attack.

    You guys are all aware now of there practices and character so take it as a blessing.

    I've had a while to think about this day and my advantage is that they don't know me and I do.

    Agree.

    But documenting everything perfectly, timelines, all correspondence, etc, and approaching the government authority is not an "attack". Hey, why not let the government authority tell you THEIR opinion - after they see all your documentation?

    I guess this stands as a warning not only to those who are considering this product, but those whom are already members of what to expect.

    If I was a member, I would give consideration to joining Dusty in any legitimate action. It is unlikely that Dusty will be alone in this, other members may not be aware of their plight just yet.

    I have stayed out of this hoping it would get resolved but as the weeks turn into months it's just really annoying to hear you're getting nowhere.
    I feel for ya mate, especially because we're not talking about pocket change. I commend you for the way you're handled it all, I'd not have been so polite and patient.

    At this point in time I don't think we should be be *hush hush* on who the culprit is, it's past the point where they could have mended their reputation. He has some major explaining to do, both privately to you and publicly to us all.

    All good information except that Royal Silver Company is a Panamanian Corporation. So the Bolivian embassy probably won't be much help!!

    I think GP did a great job letting the last thread go as long as it did and it did alert many to the practices going on and reinforced the SS forum as a place of information without fear or favor.

    I think he is to be commended for it.

    well i'm not saying otherwise, but as that thread is lost with time I hope someone makes it clear who we're talking about here as well. This is not an issue we should sweep under the carpet.

    I guess when people now admire their 99999 rounds, they may have a slightly different *feel* to them.

    Let's not forget one thing and that is there are others on SS that are members as well and people that are still waiting on rounds.

    I've asked for my money back and others may or may not have but if they start to than I could be the snow flake that's rolling down a hill.

    If a company cannot return 15k than is it a safe company to be holding your money?

    It's scary.

    I've gave them my backing for the way they process there silver and now I can't back them for fear of others loosing there money.
