    Is the revolution spreading?
The US has been remarkably stable through the GFC1/2 but maybe this is the start of something larger.

I only came across this tonight on a comment on TF Blog. Not sure if I'm out of touch with the latest news of if it's been kept very quiet.

You can expect it ( police brutality) to be over the top, as long as the dominant paradigm is being threatened.

I'm always wondering what these policemen were thinking??? Are they thinking at all?

Aren't they citizens too with families of their own?

I'm curious what kind of indoctrinations they received when they joined the force!?? It must be during the orientation day.

Probably worried about loosing their job, when unemployment is rife and your boss tells you to bash the innocent... well we know what happens

The US is a kleptocracy and a fascist state.

It's sad to see, but that's the reality of the country now with anyone eyes wide open.

The founding fathers of that nation would be turning in the graves to witness the depravity that nation has now become.

But it's not very often you get to witness the fall of an empire in such spectacular fashion (for better or worse).

It's my sincere belief now the only way to 'save' the democracy of the united states will be through force and a coup.

From the Government to Wall Street, the Military complex has bound the country to a path it will be unlikely to yield from.

To think so many people have died for that flag, only to see the nation reduced to what it is now.

    It's a travesty of justice.

Surely they know that it will only incite people to act further. Either totally unprofessional or they are deliberately out to spark trouble. Either way not a good situation.

Ironic that a county built upon free market & free man principles can be so easily be infiltrated, and become a military-industrial-socialist state.

Socialist? Try corporate kleptocracy with bread and circuses to keep the masses from revolting.

amazing how the populace are funding their own demise and the stripping away of their freedoms...
to think those pigs are paid with money stolen from citizens - the system is a joke.

the more people that wake up the better.

It's the same in Australia, remember during the leaders summit in Sydney a couple of years ago 4 police smashed an accountant to the ground and beat him up as he walked across the road with his 11 year old son.

As this situation will only get worse and with 400 million guns and 300 million people in the US, it certainly rings mayhem !.

lol - once the sheeple awaken - they will realise that the best way to fight the government - which no longer protects their rights - is to starve it of any and all income.

Eradicate the parasite by starving it to death!!

I again believe that the people should stand together and simply starve the parasitic government of any and all funds - WITHHOLD ALL TAXES. It's that simple...
then when this mutation monstrosity of a government collapses in on itself, the people can once again organise themselves and live with a minimalist government - as they did for so long and as their founding fathers had set them up for through their constitution.

I do however see a zombie component of the population who will resist any such changes - where money is stolen from the productive and SOME OF IT (the crumbs) are handed out to the zombies...
If nescessary - this zombie element will need to be defeated- and this may very well require force. however, the current government/military machine can be defeated through withholding all tax money as opposed to direct violence. that's my 2 cents worth :)

perhaps the mission is simply to illustrate what a police state they live under... in which case it would be a good goal in my opinion.

According to the organizers, the demonstration was inspired by the massive protests that took place in Egypt, Greece, Spain and Iceland. An "Occupy Wall St." group on Facebook calls on followers to "deploy this emerging stratagem against the greatest corrupter of our democracy: Wall Street, the financial Gomorrah of America."

The protesters claim that they are "the 99 percent that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1 percent."

I think their plan of action and cause is alot more sophisticated and thought out than any protests that i've been witness to. I hope they hang in there!!
