I've sold few, but I will probably keep most of it (2/3 at least) for next year(s). So far it's one of the best purchases this year.
I thought Spanner has come out with the bit coin version, we are really tired of his paper version, there is bee pee smeell
Some (Austrian) sellers are selling them for more than 70. I can sell you 5 of mine for 70 each. I will stick them together with glue so they will form wedge formation. /\ So far I'm only sorry I didn't buy 20-30 more...
I find two sellers in Germany. Selling for 79 at the moment. http://www.anlagegold24.de/1-oz-Silber-Australisches-Pferd-Stock-Horse-2013.html?partner=224 http://www.bm-edelmetalle.de/australien-stock-horse-silber.php
For the record, still got some available at $67 (I think only 10 or so) due to an order cancellation.
Where are they now ? http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_...HE+AUSTRALIAN+STOCK+HORSE&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc
They can be easily sold for around 60 on German eBay (around 80 US Dollars). I've sold 10, but mainly because I needed cash for other coins. I think the price could increase when 2nd one will come out. I'm planning to buy some more, but we will see. Planning is guessing.
The second coin is coming out in May 2014, its continuing to increase in value, which only means good news for what happens at the next release.
The first release was a bit of a surprise release for many people and EMK was basically sold out before a lot of dealers could even find out where to buy them. I would bet that since the 2nd coin will not be a surprise and at this point most dealers that will want them know where to get them, it won't be even remotely as close to the first one in popularity. I know a very large amount of these were sold back to Australians, but at this point the Australian dealers also know to go to EMK to buy, so they'll likely be able to source the regular non-carded release in their own market this time around.
Yeah I'm planing to buy at least equal amount as first time, maybe more. 1st coin in series are usually the most expensive. Who knows, maybe the design will be very nice and demand will be high.
I'm contemplating selling most of mine. Looking to put my money in other types of silver. I don't like holding on to one thing too long.
I'm going to have to disagree with db23 here. Because more dealers will potentially buy them, each dealers allocation will be smaller. When each person gets a smaller amount, they want to profit higher from the lower quantity which in turn should cause the prices of the second to jump even faster. In terms of sales, here are some figures: USA: ~240 Germany: ~140 Canada: ~100 Australia: ~ 60 Other: ~40 So for me, most definitely did not go to Australia! And I have just over a roll left. At this point its all speculation on what happens to the second.
Disagree all you want, but more dealers selling = more choices for customers = more competition = LOWER PRICES.
I'm watching German eBay auctions basically daily and there are rarely more than 15 - 20 coins listed. I doubt price will fall bellow 50 there.... I will wait for next to see the pictures and if I have enough money (and like the coin of course) I will maybe make my biggest purchase so far.
