Mostly the US capital gains tax exemptions for crypto made by US companies. Only 4 cryptos will qualify at this point, XRP being the dominant one.

There’s also the end to SEC regulation by litigation / Ripple lawsuits. That will drive greater adoption by banks and investors. XRP was previously delisted in the US, now those exchanges have re-listed it.
