    That's interesting. Did it change inside the capsule? Has it been in your possession since 02?
    I've got some 2012 5oz libs I bought a few months back. They came in a mint tube. I put them in capsules. Some had what looked like faint milk spots but have since turned to brown spots.

    Really cool coin! The concept is the same as what we have today on many rounds.

    Well I finally got my first toned coin in, came with 6 other untoned coins from a yardsale:) WW1 era. Photo was taken in sun light as the tones show up abit better.

    austrian thaler most widely used coin in that time ; europe asia and africa

    the gal is maria theresa; when the coin was encountered it was minted in countries not controlled by Austria just because they thought it was so cool

    the x behind the 1780 means restrike; btw they still do restrikes of these as far as i know
