To answer to your question, I have bought a few coins from wucoinbanknote, and got exactly what was shown in the photograph.
No counterfeits.
 
I ordered 3 Proof coins, 2 were fine and the other was shocking. Very disappointed because it took a while to ship and I really wanted this coin. The picture shown was not a stock photo, and was definitely not the coin I received. They have 2 more of the same coin so hopefully I can get them to swap it, but best case scenario I see is paying to send the coin I have back and waiting for them to receive it and then waiting til they send a decent one back again.
