Fair price will be $51to $52 going by recent ebay sales of 60 to 61 minus the 14percent fees.

Not sure what the release price was but these are not very popular and hard to resell. Seems like None have been sold since 14th october despite multiple sellers.

Is there an unspoken rule here to state a price to buy at if we are looking for coins? Same as if we are selling something?

Kanga the buyer is wanting to buy full tubes, not singles. If you are going to quote a price dont quote a single price but quote the roll or tube prices
 
The buyer made a reasonable offer, the seller replied he would have to go back and check how much he paid for them.

Seller refused the offer, stating how much he paid for the tube and that he won't accept anything less than that amount.

Buyer offered above what seller paid, seller replied that it's a decent offer, but upon realizing how much he initially paid for the tube he has now decided to keep them.

Still on the lookout for Super Pits!

Since a single is around 51 to 52 market price.
A tube will be around 50ea as usually dealer/mint bulk discounts for a tube is around 50c to 80c. So I would think a fair price for a tube of 20x be $1000. Of course the actual current price would be whatever someone would pay for it since this is not a commonly traded coin type like a tube or maples or Brits.

My question is whether in this community we are expected to quote a price we are expecting to buy something for when posting a WTB. Or can everyone just post a WTB and then say I am only paying spot or release pricing etc.. privately and wasting others time.
