Would you own an ISIS coin? Gold, Silver & Copper ISIS Currency

ISIS is planning to mint its own currency in gold, silver and copper. The goal of this move is to stay away from the "tyrant's financial system," ISIS said in a statement on Thursday. The currency (seen below) will include seven coins: two gold, three silver and two copper. The group said that it would issue another statement to explain the new currency's exchange rate, and where it can be found. According to ISIS, this decision is "purely dedicated to God" and will remove Muslims from the "global economic system that is based on satanic usury."

Demonise a group of coins!! make it a crime to own one, that'll be coming soon!

Nazi regalia is now highly collectible.

It's a piece of gold/silver/copper, if I could get it closer to spot than I could get PM coins, hell yes, back the truck up!

Unfortunately, I'd most likely be guilty of a though crime in today's climate

And people wonder why I want to leave this god forsaken, third world country behind one day

why don't you leave, it would better for everyone.

I won't promote this coin but just for arguments sake I don't see how this coin would be any different than coins from countries like North Korea etc.

ISIS is also selling oil they stole, netting them millions of dollars a day that they can spend on weapons to further their cause.

I will not be buying their stolen metal.

Every day we pump our tanks with oil that is associated with the blood of middle east countries invaded based on false pretenses. We give diamonds to our beloveds, that may have been mined under brutal conditions for the profit of African warlords.

Yet the prospect of taking metal wealth from ISIS in exchange for fiat is abhorrent? If gold and silver really is wealth, and printed currency is doomed, shouldn't we fight terrorism by making this trade?

Wouldn't buying of any of these coins be deemed by most western governments tantamount to "supporting" terrorism :|

And by you purchasing them mean that you by default fully and totally 100% agree with not only their agenda, doctrines, faith and even the murder children :(

Well I say yes,you may as well cut their throats yourself - just saying ;)

A wise men once said - think before you act :)

cashgoldsilver was here.

Where would you even buy one?

Why from from militant group's Treasury Department of course. Apparently they "organize the minting, how to obtain the money, its value, and the relationship between its different categories and how to deal with it".

I have no doubt they will filter out eventually if they ever actually get made in volume. I'm still not convinced that this is anything more than another clever news story dreamt up by ISIS PR department.

People collect Nazi coins, I got some in a lot with other items the other day, why not ISIS coins? Interest doesn't equal support. Obviously if they are making a profit on it that's different but otherwise, why not? I probably would and I'm no fan out theirs.

They will probably farm the production out to the Franklin Mint or the NZ mint, just like most small countries :)
