Most of the coins are Egyptian from VANGBAC, and will get back to them.
About different mints during the Ottomans
I came across a photo that displays the same coin but 4 different mints

Upper left is Konstantiniyah ( Constantinople- Istanbul - by far the most minted together with Misir - Egypt )
Upper right is Kosova ( Kosovo - Former republic within Yugoslavia, recently gained independence - mostly Albanian population - former southern Serbia)
THIS ONE IS EXPENSIVE AND COSTS ABOUT 7 + TIMES MORE THAN THE STANDARD ISSUES FROM KONSTANTINOPLE OR MISIR
Lower left is Manastir ( currently in Macedonia )
Lower right is Sallonika ( Thessaloniki in Greece )
All the 3 other mint coins cost a lot more than the standard ones.

The Sultan at the time Mohamed V had these coins actually minted in Constantinople and took them on a regnal visit to those cities and spent the money there

I have a few of the Palestinian coins myself - they are nice, you dont need the clasp nor the bezel and you can still wear em around your neck - ( due to the hole )

This twenty centavo piece replaced the twenty-five centavo piece struck 1869-92. LOTS, unfortunately... in numismatic terms, it's the difference between a highly collectable coin and a silver round.
That's the first thing to be told to any would-be collector...
Leave them alone, don't try to rub away the years, collectors enjoy a 'dirty' coin more than a polished one !
In general, coins that have been drilled, holed or welded for a pendant are only good as a reference, at best, or for their precious metal content.
Now it doesn't mean that this coin is worthless, I'll bid $10 for it !

LOTS, unfortunately... in numismatic terms, it's the difference between a highly collectable coin and a silver round.
That's the first thing to be told to any would-be collector...

The bunch of copper coins is interesting... I don't usually go for those, but I am prepared to pay $10 for that lot, only because I like the Zuid Afrikan Penny, nice coin !
The Chinese coins (holed ones) are anybody's guess, I have many of them and still don't know their worth ?
