Having assiduously examined the evidence I believe the KJV Bible to be the true account of history in English and am a Bible believing Christian. As such I do consider we are entering a time of global chaos which can be examined as prophesied in the books of Daniel and The Revelation.

Fiat currencies are going to fail, no question. Where else can one try to protect ones family and each other except by trying to minimize the effects through silver and gold?

if you believe the end times are coming... what use will gold and silver be in the end time, i am not a christian and know very little about it.. but from what i understand you believe that the holy spirit is going to come down to earth and take you away to a magical land of cotton candy in the sky. will your metals also be raptured with you? or will you leave them here on earth for your blaspheming friends and family to enjoy once you are gone?

Perhaps you should read the Bible to find out what will happen, notably the Book of Relevations. You may be surprised.

I've found that PM's have far better long-term storage performance than either beer, bananas or cheese.
Beer just disappears and cheese and bananas tend to go bad, but PM's don't do either of those two things.

Perhaps you could stack wine and cheese as they will age and add value. You could sell the cheese as rounds or in rolls.

It's an easy way to not waste money on useless things like an alcohol fuelled weekend. In my (very) early twenties, silver has seen me save more money than I could have with fiat (and I tried, hard).

Oh, and addiction to building a 1000oz stack fuels the fire every now and then.
