Went into AEJ the other day.

It has been a good few months since I last walked thru THAT door.

Walked out 5 minutes later with 10 x 1oz Silver bars for a total of $306.40.

It was nice to buy some PM's without paying postage!!!!!

The only other Silver they had was a 20oz bar.

They were also selling 66 50c for $10.75

That should keep me going till 2011

What's AEJ stand for?

seller with 3 feedback points.

235 x Round 50 Cent Coins (1966) 80% Silver

sold for $2300.00

Yeah... I saw that too!
Not one lot has gone for under $11 per coin delivered...some are "on sale" for $17
Crazy stuff!

i got 7 66's delivered for $9.87 each.
Couldn't believe i won them when others going over $11 plus postage.
Something i have noticed is single coins with free postage seem to get bidded on quickly but well over $11 on the first day

Adelaide Exchange Jewelers - I think there is one in Hobart (as well ad Adelaide obviously)

I am happy that peolple are willing to give me Silver in return for my pretend paper money, buying as much as I can.

I've found that my thinking is going the wrong way in term of my wallet. As silver goes up i look at the smaller 1oz coins as being worth less so i only buy larger bars/coins....
except today, 10 x $10 State coins for spot.

Word of the day!

I also believe it is also inevitable :)

Definition:

1. [noun] an unavoidable event; "don't argue with your wife"

2. [adjective] incapable of being avoided or prevented; "the inevitable result of arguing with your wife is a loss"

3. [adjective] invariably occurring or appearing; "the inevitable changes of the seasons on a month-by-month basis often result in an argument with your wife"

If you are dopey enough not to be able to foresee (3), then (2) will "inexorably" (See definition 2 parallaxerror's post) occur causing yourself to hit yourself furiously and ask, "Why didn't I remember (1)?"

Also, Inchoate,

inchoate (comparative more inchoate, superlative most inchoate)

1. Recently started but not fully formed yet; just begun; only elementary or immature.

I dont see the harm in buying a few premium bullion coins. They are cool and fun to fondle & show off. I wouldnt advise stacking them though - it ties too much of your money into premiums. But, buying a few coins here or there, who cares if they are $25 bucks or $32 bucks?

For stacking, sure, stay away and score deals on bars or whatever. Dont forget US 90% coinage either. Its a great way to accumulate silver and have some fun with the numismatic coin hobby. ;)

Hooley dooley, i obviously haven't looked at the price of 1oz coins fro quite some time. They are now $39! When did that happen?

Could Silvers inchoate but indubitably parabolic inevitability be inexorable?

Can someone please check to see that parallaxerror hasn't swollowed a dictionary, which judging by the signature line may well be the case :)

Sorry I find the statement "ridiculous prices of silver" pretty ridiculous. I don't mean to offend but I don't think we will ever so silver go below $20usd again even $25 for that matter nor gold below $1000usd. The bullion banks are in a bind. If they smackdown silver, the big players eat up the physical. If they let it rise, their shorts blow up.

Just keep stacking even if the amount you are stacking by each month could lessening. I absolutely don't wait for the dips. It evens itself out in the end and I don't get pi$$ed off if I miss the dip. :D
