Which sets/sequences/examples are most valuable?

As per the thread title.

I've read that Australian mints are more valuable, but perhaps I am misinformed.

Are there any specific year and/or mint sequences which add additional value above the condition of the coins?

Any Indian or Canadian Sovereigns for less than 20% above spot :)

Would like an opinion on just how rare South African Sovs are in Australia. Usually quite difficult to source however I managed to pick up six on Wednesday.
 
I would think the India mints would be a fraction more valuable based on scarcity.

Don't know about SA mints but I noted your reference to the '8' luck for Asian buyers - is this just anecdotal or do they collect the '8' sovereigns in preference/

When I was in Thailand I didn't find a lot of interest in AU $200 coins btw. Has anyone views on sovereigns in SE Asia?

No evidence at all that Asians collect lucky 8 Sovs . I know that they regard 8, 88, 18, 28, 118 and 128 and 228 as lucky numbers. :)

No interest in sovereigns here. I suppose we like our gold to be as pure as possible (and also sovereigns get taxed).
 
I know confiscation is unlikely but sovs are 'collections' not 'hoards'.
