Which ASX listed gold miners have you invested in?

Most of mine are specs...
ALK
MDI
RML
TMR
RVR
Also took part in MKR IPO which is listing in a month but I got scaled back big time. MKR owns the old CCU Wonawinta mine for those that can remember that company.

That is exactly what I did had fomo and bought at .465
Just an idea I acted on.... on Fri morning I tripled up on CDV at $0.59. This is a move straight out of Rene Rivkin's playbook from back in the day when I used to read his Rivkin report.
The timeline for T/O better offers is 2 weeks. There are several possible contenders for a counter-offer, and predictions are a final outcome of 70-90c.
The current floor price is 60c, so there is no risk.
Worst case scenario in the absence of another bid is 60c, or 1.7% return on my 59c.
If another bid only comes in at 70c, then return is 18.5%.
At 90c, return is 52.5%.
Depending on how long this takes to play out will determine final annualised returns. But if it is only 2 weeks, then annualised returns like this for ZERO risk are hard to beat.

Sold my speccy T/O punt GMD, as I was sick of waiting with no news.

What did I read them described by one Hotcopper member as? "A lifestyle company". :D

Eventually something will have to happen with them but it can happen without me as well thank you. ;)

That’s something I didn’t consider, thanks for the heads up.

So I just opened my CommSec account. Any suggestions where to begin researching?
Have a listen to this channel, they don’t really discuss individual stocks but do provide great information about mining industry, commodities, etc, etc.

A guy on Patreon does do some individual stock analysis, channel called Between the Lines Finance. Costs around US$6 a month. Also has a YouTube channel of the same name where he posts free content.

This guy is really good on mining stocks - good enough for me to be a current subscriber, and his ideas have made me a lot of money this year.
He is also a contributor on HC, and it's not too hard to figure out which contributor he is.

On your suggestion, I bought AG and also PAAS in March but after watching a video made by Jason burack on silver miners may go into trouble due to Covid shutdowns, I panicked and sold off AG but kept PAAS as PAAS has a better balance sheet. If I had held onto AG, could have made a couple grand extra. :)

PAAS is now $33. It was as low at $11 in Mid March. Almost tripled. Truly crazy.

Took a little longer than 2 weeks, but as expected the bidding war is on....

Super smart move, hats off to you. 10% in 2 weeks.
Shandong is Chinese, Nord are Russians.... so I don't think this is over yet.
Which ones are more stubborn? Which ones are willing to bid higher to save face?

KAU announcements worth a read today. I’m in a few private discord chat rooms with HotCopper hearts and this one is being drummed up big time. Opportunity to accumulate before drill permit is granted and rig is mobilised

Sold half of my PAAS, took back my initial investment plus 35% profit. I know silver is still rising but this is getting ridiculous.
