When will 2015 silver libertad be release?

Hi, I am a first time poster. I was wondering if anyone knows when the 2015 Libertad individual coins will be released. I just got a set of the 69's and want to get a 70 in the 1 oz version. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Looking like it could be Dec again, haven't heard much about the release date and it was touted for March, then July but it's being delayed while they await authorization to increase premiums by 25%.
