Whats your prize Lunar Piece

My prize would be my very first Purchase of a little 1oz Lunar Rabbit to celebrate the Birth of my Daughter. Thank you Steve from Aurora Et Luna for that. :)

The mintage for this is only 5058 , I am glad i kept one its too bad they discontinued the 1/2 kilo but I guess not many people wanted them.

Around 3-4 months ago, I picked up some 1 oz gold 1998 tigers and 2002 horses. I had my choice of any S1 gold coins except for the Ox and the Dragon. I had no idea the Monkeys were more valuable. I bought the tigers because I thought they would be the most valuable of the choices available. I bought the horses because I liked them the best.

One of these sets was sitting in the Downies front window in their Melbourne shop for months and months with a price tag of $330 late last year. I think I shoulda bought it :rolleyes:

I got a few of the half kegs also but probably never going to skyrocket. The Tiger mintage is like more than double the mouse or Ox.

it sounds odd but my favorite coin is also my most hated coin. I love the s2 1 kg gemstone dragon.

I mean its ugly the one i got has a dink in the side from the shipping and if it was an investment it would be a poor one.

However is like the runt of the litter someone has to love it.


Also my 2 oz dragon au coin is pretty hot.
