Could someone with experience in jewellery or just more experience please tell me what these discolouration marks are...the sovereign ring is 18k other one 9k. Paid good amount of cash for half sovereign wore it maybe 15times total as yet. Marking just crept in its a blemish and not to happy bout it. Could someone please share your thoughts :)
 
Yea mate, not looking good for you.

From my experience 9 or 18-carat gold should not be looking like that just from wear.

You haven't by any chance cleaned them with chemicals or acids?, as that's the only other explanation I could think of for looking like that.

If not then get them scanned and take it from there.

Wore the 18k one 10 times probably max and 9k one a couple times. Havent cleaned it, back on later thanks for replies. Tbh if lived close be knocking or kicking he's door in is my 1st thoughts
 
Thanks mate, apologies for outburst best kept to myself. Will contact him but if is inferior product highly unlikely he'll suddenly cop to it after selling in 1st place. Cheers guys

Spanner you are so cheap,nasty and petty i paid $20 and asked politely for sod...u sent normal post as a petty fk you to me, you have no respect and look down on people, clearly evidenced by your hating on "newbie flippers" etc. Bought off bullion network...if known was you id be straight up n mention it or rather you by your shoddy piss weak merchandise reflecting a garbage attitude. So u freely admit bad casting? And such a generous offer to fix your blatant fk up...so gracious sir. So its just trash worksmanship hey mate? Or is it gold plated shit worksmanship

How am I suppose to fix it ? I didn't make it .
The jeweller would gladly recast it for free .
But I don't want to deal with you ever again .

So you are a man good to know, wouldnt want to misgender you Long as its solid gold as stated...most people would fix something instead of leaving cracks and imperfections, i msgd and dealt with bullion network was unaware was you but regardless your "work" speaks for its self.No more trades between us My pleasure mate, done deal ;) Could admin please close thread when convenient
