What is your opinion about this?

Could I please get a vote regarding 1/20oz gold yr2000 PM lunar dragons (unc).

Is making a ring out of this coin classy or sacrilege?

(edit: the only ring or jewellery I wear is my wedding ring. I've never been into jewellery my whole life, but I now desire owning and wearing a golden dragon ring.)

They're 9999 gold, so very soft and will damage easy. Also the 1/20oz Dragon is pretty small.

Normally coin rings have 22k coins for wear.

i think he meant bending the coin and then attaching something to it so its a ring so hed still have th dragon on it

Uh, neither.

Do a Googlemimage search on "coin ring" - you'll see plenty of examples. Basically a ring with a built in coin bezel.

Much better idea.
In answer to your original question though, i think the coin ring would be pretty chunky. I don't think i would wear it. Not sure if you are a guy or girl though.
The necklace is the better looking option. Especially enhanced if if you are a bloke with a hairy chest and a penchant for tight pants and open necked collars :P

Seriously though, a woman at work (French) has the 20 Franc Rooster on a necklace and i reckon it looks great.
