What is your favorite coin to stack?

To me, coins are like ice-cream flavours. I have lots of favourites, depending on my mood. Liquorice today, Boysenberry tomorrow. My coin stack reveals exactly that. My 1966 rounds are obviously vanilla. The florins are strawberry and the kookaburras are chocolate. From there, the flavours become more exotic. My 1976 Montreal Olympic silver coin set is Pancakes and Maple syrup flavour.
The joy is in trying them all.

At least 2 of everything :P I like variety in my stack. Been loving Golden State Mints products lately, I can get a new design with limited mintage every other week for the same price as buying the Australian animals. Though dont touch nothing with a high premium, I stack for weight not for numismatist value. The Golden State Mints product is a slight exception to my rule.
 
I've been collecting the $200 Pride of Australia series. Love the Australian animal designs and packaging, they are great value for money (can get them very close to spot if you look around hard enough), fractional and some years are quite low mintage and on top of all that you have the bonus of having a $200 stop loss on them. IMHO they are the most undervalued coins of today.

I love them-start to collecting them as well,but some are very hard to get with very high premium. You right there is $200 stop loss on them-big advantage when gold will fall.

These are also one of my favourite coins to collect!
Twelve years ago its stop loss of $200 was a bonus when buying these coins as it was quite easy to pick one up for as little as $220
Nowadays that stop loss is totally irrelevant with the coin current gold content approaching $650
Anything is possible, however I can't envisage a period in the future when the value of its gold content will match its face value!
 
Thanks for all the thoughts! I want to branch out from my standard bullion choices. I did get a couple of the Rwanda wildlife series to experiment with some premium collectibles, but I don’t actually enjoy them. I’ll probably try to sell those and get some kooks!
