What is this Lunar series 1 year of the tiger coin?

I have never came across this blistered Lunar 1 tiger coin. Any idea of the coin value? Is it authentic? I would be very pleased if anybody knows the origin of this release.

yes it is authentic.Perth mint came out with the carded version n every year.very hard to find.this is the 1st tiger I have seen.I would not sell it but f you need cash I would say around $150aud.very nice in mint packaging.
