Nice telescope. I litterally just got into them! I found a used Bushnell Northstar reflector telescope at the thrift store for $20. The eyepiece are worth that alone. I used it a bit and then bought some more lenses and the beginnner Celestron reflector telescope for comparison. I would like to get a nicer one at some point but we have way to much light polution and I dont want to take a nice scope camping.

I'm flying up and still trying to figure out how to get the scope secured for the flight. It was bigger than anticipated from the photo on Gumtree!
I'll be camping for about a week between Exmouth and Karratha with a few days business either end. Looking at Bunnings cargo cases, but not sure of the internal dimensions.

Just make sure you have the tools for recollimating the mirrors when you get there - no doubt il will be a requirement!
