Why couldn't this have happened when silver was $20 - i'd be hesitant to swap out to SMSF and put silver in at this point in time

Just contacted GESB they say not in place till March 2012? Not sure how this works, leglislation was passed yesterday.

huh - i guess legislation can state when it comes into effect - even up to 6 months in the future
