I went in on tuesday morning and he wasn't in, this was at about 11:30

Yeah I just found out, still in shock. Apparently about three months ago.

If anyone knows how I can get in touch with Rick who used to work with him drop a message in my inbox.

Hands down my favourite bullion dealer in Melbourne - by a mile. Didn't give a shit about impressing customers, didn't hide behind sterile security bars, did it his way. Always the best prices... if he had any stock. But that's why he didn't always have stock on hand because he had the best prices. It was fun hanging out in his office with coins and nuggets and bullion and trinkets lying all over the place, like an Aladdin's cave. I was told he had an amazing horde of watches, but never saw them. Was also nice to run into him at Camberwell Market as I used to live close by. Buying metals will never be the same again. It's like an era has ended.

RIP Peter Davis.
