Value of Australian vs Chinese Lunar Mouse

this Chinese coin has a much higher mintage but is being offered for substantially more:

Why is that? Is the Australian coin undervalued compared to the Chinese coin? Is the Chinese coin overvalued compared to the Australian coin?

Pisceslunar (aka Kenneth's) coins on ebay are way overpriced. Which is why most of them have been there for ages! As a rule of thumb always discount 20% if you want to buy from him.
