Using GeoMap WA and a GPS

Are any of the local WA guys using GEO Map (WA Gov) and what GPS do you have hooked up to it.

I want to get a Car based GPS receiver USB and feed from the software which is loaded on the Laptop.

Help please. I don't want to buy another GPS handheld unit.

Any tips appreciated

dont they have an app you can incorporate into your smart phone? not much use outside the GSM network though?

Can't you just plug your track into Google earth? easy peasy..the better than airphotos and free, free, free!!!

Google earth has a 'tools' bar and it'll download and plot all your tracks waypoints etc

I dont think you can use google earth without an internet connection can you?
