World debt is measured in quadrillions of dollars. Just how big is a quadrillion?

An easy way to think of it is in time...

60 seconds = 1 minute,

3600 seconds = 1 hour,

1 million seconds = 12 days,

1 billion seconds = 32 years,

1 trillion seconds = 32 thousand years, and

1 quadrillion seconds = 32 million years!
