USA 20 Dollar Anomaly?

Hi all - its been a while since posting, but I ran across an odd mounted coin today which I haven't been able to push out of my head, and would love some input/advice, please.

I came upon a 1904 22ct gold USA $20 coin today, with an Edwardian style mount. It was beautifully weighty in the hand. Tell me; how much would the mount affect value? The total weight is 41.9g.

I have taken a handful of photos (the reverse tilted towards the light more), for reference.

Can I please get any insights/comments/opinions on this one at all?
Many thanks!

The $20 US Liberty gold coin is made from 90% gold (0.900 fine = 21.6 kt not 22 kt) and 10% copper alloy and have a total weight of 1.0750 troy ounces (33.4362 grams). Its actual gold content is 0.9675 troy oz (30.0926 grams). So the mount will be about 8.46 grams. I doubt you can fetch much extra premium over the spot gold value.
