I like them
They are quite popular but not so common, which means they are a little more expensive than other 'junk' silver.
They are Government issued, so there is some protection from forgery
They are 90%, which is a nice high percentage
They are easily recognised worldwide
They are legal tender so if the price of silver drops, you still have face value, a small consideration
They do not require any special care, no capsules, no 2x2 holders, no albums, no climate controlled room etc. they are cheap to keep.
They are fractional and in small denominations, so easy to make change!
They are popular with preppers and people who think here is going to be a global financial reset, or at least, a collapse of fiat currency.
I have a few, but always like more.
The large denominations are really nice, the smaller ones are cool as well but more common, I have more dimes than anything else and barely any half dollars or dollars.
The 40% clad ones are not so popular, more copper than silver.
