Today I looked at my stack AND... found something unexpected!

I was looking through my stack tonight, because it had been a while, and I thought I would look through my various 1oz silver coins.

Normally, this would be fairly boring, as I thought they were all 2011 koalas, but when I inspected them, I found a roll of 20 x1oz 2012 kooks! I never knew I had them!

Have you ever found a pleasant (or unpleasant) surprise when reviewing your stack?

Do you reckon they will even pickup what the hell you are on about? :/

Wow, you must of been bored to do something boring.
I can only assume you were high or drunk at the time of purchase, or perhaps losing your marbles in old age (the latter being acceptable).

From my experience, memory is only affected by one of the following:
-drug use
-drinking alcohol
-bored and was not interested
-highly distracted
Since I have not reached the grandpa age threshold (yet) I can not speak from personal experience there. Sorry in advance to all readers.

Gives me something to look forward to when I reach grandpa age. Would love to have Birthday and Christmas presents again.

That or a dealer is missing a roll of kooks and has a spare roll of koalas :) They are the same diameter.

^^^True.

Was it RhythmDoctor that had something similar like that happen? I forget which member said that in Brisbane.

Excuse me... that's mine... the roll of kooks.

He is not a boxer is he? I know my memory goes when my wife start hitting me around the head.
Concussion should be added to your list.

^^^Yes.
I also lost memory (two consecutive weeks) when coming off heroin. Go figure. Apparently I was sleeping at the helm a few times when toasting bread in toaster (as in sleeping standing up leaning head on cabinet above the toaster with hands on bench). Cold turkey, with no rapid detox was erroneous.
.

More and more when I get time to go to my storage and have enough time to actually have a look (rather than just adding the new stuff) I keep finding stuff and thinking "WTF? When the hell did I get that?" Especially the random little silver purchases (I can remember every >100oz purchase).

Last time I looked I found a 1/5 tael Hang Seng minted bar that looks like the one below (but without packaging). I don't know where the hell I got it (I had to look up what a "tael" even was).

sconejon, what is your point other than copying my post? Are you a retard or something? Eh, forget that rhetoric question, already know the answer. :/

Funny how the folly comes out in people, esp. around the like-minded.
If only you can see your own actions.

Not you Sam.

I can only assume the username you chose reflects your pain.

However, I don't like to waste time on the self righteous hypocrites. You will get along well with Spandex.

So, now that you had your personal attack, perhaps you will consider being a civilized troll.

Someone still has a lot of living to do (hopefully). Maybe you will learn some grammar and spelling, maybe some humility, maybe some experience of what life actually is.
For your sake though I hope one day you realise who the real wanker is in this discussion.
