^^^ HOLY SH1T bargain either way you look at it, got to have a win now again. Got to make you wonder how much they offered and why someone took such a low price if they actually knew what they were.
 
Got a 5oz ATB Denali Coin today from a fellow stacker. My first large coin. I am so impressed it is a stunning coin in perfect nick (as far as I can tell) Will try and post a pic tomorrow in daylight hours

Here's a video that shows exactly how Tollen's reagent (diamminesilver(I)) is made and subsequently reduced with glucose to produce the beautiful 'silver mirror' effect.

The Tollen's test - developed by a German chemist of the same name - was actually used as a diagnostic test for differentiating aldehydes (positive test) from ketones.

Just thought that some might like to see this, since the kickstarter videos made it sound quite mysterious and complicated when, in fact, it has been known and used for probably well over 100 years.

We did this at school about 100 years ago :) , only managed to silver the bottom quarter of a test tube and that was even more pointless than this coke bottle but it was interesting never-the-less, cheers for the link to the vid.
